In the second World Cup event 2009, Cairo , the lithuanian Laura Asaduskaite won the competition thanks to a perfect combined, best performance 11'17". Second place for Aya Medany (Egy) and bronze medal for Caze Amélie (Fra).

In the men competition Ondrej Polivka (Cze) got the gold medal, as in the women competition, thanks to a perfect combined, especially in the shooting series . Completed the podium the silver olympic medallist Krungolcas ( Ltu)  and the team mate Zemaitis Tadas. Best men combined performance for Sandoval Alvaro, 10’26”.
